August 17th/18th – 24th/25th
The annual Ascension Parish Soccer Tournament will be held the weekends of August 18th/19th and 25th/26th, 2012.
Matches may be scheduled from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturdays and 12:00(noon) – 9:00 PM on Sundays.
If necessary due to rainouts on the weekend, games will be scheduled for 5:30 PM to 6:40 PM on the weekdays.
All matches will be held at the Chesterfield Valley Athletic Association Complex (CVAC).
Please check back one day before your first game for any updates.
ALL coaches must submit final rosters with dates of birth prior to playing their first tournament game at the Ascension Tournament Information Booth. This will be your player roster for all tournament games, no additional players may be added.
ALL coaches must check in at the Ascension Information Booth prior to playing their first tournament game, to sign-off on final rosters, receive additional information etc.
Eligible Teams and Players: The tournament is open to parish girls and boys teams (CYC or recreational) from Kindergarten to 6th grade. Only recreational teams that will be playing as a team in the upcoming season are invited. No “select” or “All-star” teams will be allowed. All players must be on your official recreational league roster (e.g., CYC League ) in order to be eligible for the tournament.
Grades & Format:
- Kindergarten, 1st - 6 vs. 6 (Small Field)
- 2nd , 3rd Grade - 8 vs. 8 (Medium Field)
- 4th – 6th Grade - 11 vs. 11

Entry Fee: $175 per team if registered before July 6th
$200 per team after July 6th (if space is available)
